This is what Eliza had to say this morning after breakfast. I sure there is some true wisdom in there somewhere!

Sunday Afternoon
Because Eliza has grown so much recently, she has out grown most of her pajamas. They are too short for her long "model like" legs. So we bundled ourselves up and headed to the outlet mall on the great pajama search.
Lucky for us both Carters and Gymboree were both having great clearance sales, so not only did Miss Eliza get two new pairs of jammies, she got two new onesies, a pair of pants and a matching top. Eliza had such a grand time checking out all the great sales that she didn't even seem to mind the cold weather.

However, once I pulled into the driveway it was obvious that she (along with Albert Monkey) had indeed shopped till they dropped. I guess we will just have to keep shopping in order to build her stamina to the level of ultimate power shopper!

Website Wednesday

Since I am relatively new to the blogging world, I had no idea all that was available on the blogesphere buffet. I have come across some really cool blogs and I am in awe of my most recent find. I want the crock pot lady to be my new BFF! Perhaps now I can actually put my crock pot to use, and have an answer when my husband says, "Hey honey, what's for dinner?" There are so many awesome recipes on this site, I am sure that I will find something he likes.

Look Mom - I'm Standing
Eliza loves the music table Santa gave her for Christmas. She likes this toy because it sings and makes a lot of noise. I like it because when she wants to play with it, she will crawl over, pull herself up and stand on her own. Good Job Eliza!
Toyland
I know that many parents believe it, but for us it is true. . . our child is a genius! Not only does she know what toys are, but she knows where we keep them in her room and how to dump them out on the floor. She is an Einstein in the making!

In all honesty, she really does seem to enjoy playing with her toys these days. She squeals with excitement when she sees them, while simultaneously throwing them on the floor. Recently she has been fascinated with her blocks, as they are the easiest to chew.

A Few Things
My sister tagged me. . . . so here are a few things you might not know about me.
1. I have never seen Casablanca from beginning to end. I always seem to fall asleep somewhere in the middle

3. I like BIG purses. I tried to down size once I started carrying a diaper bag, but I just couldn't hack it with a small bag.

2. I really enjoy watching reality TV. My current favorite is The Real Housewives of Orange County. I watch even though these women appear to be shallow, selfish and small minded. I am so embarrassed to admit to watching, yet each week I find myself enthralled.

Website Wednesday
While perusing the blogs of other moms, I came across a really cool idea that I have decided to steal! So starting today I am instituting. . .Website Wednesday. Each week, on Wednesday, I will share a website that I've found to be beneficial to me and/or my family in some way. It may be something silly and fun, to something meaningful, to something helpful and practical or something simply worth reading. Hope you enjoy!
Do you need to know how to make a First Aid Kit or perhaps a Princess Playhouse? Are you looking for ways to be more Green? Do you need help finding activities to amuse your toddler? Then I have the website for you!

Hook Em
Eliza proudly wears her UT onesie. She was only able to watch a few minutes of the football game before it was time for bed, but I know she was rooting for Texas to win.
